Very nice old hotel located adjacent to a storied college campus where guests are treated as an inconvenience and Richmond. Reasonably large and reasonably priced rooms with a whirlpool and a full size bed and windows with a view, amazing stay! Attentive knowledgeable staff, beautiful location on the Square. And steps away from Peacecraft.

Loved our trip in this lovely historic and beautifully decorated hotel. The venue room was spotless with a full size bed, windows with a view. Every staff member was accommodating and superbly friendly.
Shame the bathroom was a little small.

Actually, the room was exceptionally comfortable and gorgeous with very comfortable bed. The local staff was good and informative. That hotel was in a marvellous and super location, to the Smokey mountains.
